Season Tickets

Welcome to the Stagecoach Players Box Office!

While we may not be available in the box office during daytime hours, we can always be reached by calling the 24 hour ticket line at 815-758-1940 and leaving a message on our voice mail system. Please provide your name and telephone number. The box office personnel will return your call.

If time allows, your tickets will be mailed to you; if not, the tickets will be at the box office for pick-up on performance day. All ticket sales are for reserved seating and must be paid for at the time of purchase.

The box office is open from the Sunday before the show opens until the day the show closes.  On Sundays the box office hours are from noon to 2:00 pm  On Monday through Saturday the box office hours are from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Mail order tickets are available now for the 2012 Summer Season and individual shows by printing, completing and returning the Mail Order Form.

  Online ticket orders will be made available after March 1, 2012 by clicking on Buy Tickets Online. There is a convenience fee per ticket purchased on-line. Ticket orders will continue to be taken by phone and in person at the box office during normal box office hours. No convenience fees will be charged for tickets ordered by phone or in person.

NEW “SUPER” Season Subscriptions…………………………..$84
Eight tickets that can be used for any combination of 2012 Season performances. This would allow for one ticket for each show including Cinderella and Christmas Carol. You may indicate your show selections at this time, or you will receive credit to redeem each time you call for show reservations.

Summer Series Subscriptions:……….…………………………. $63
One ticket for each of our six 2012 summer season shows. You will receive a ticket for the same seat and night for each show in advance.

Summer Flex-Ticket Subscriptions:…….………………….…. $63
Six tickets that can be used for any combination of 2012 Summer Season performances. You may indicate your show selections at this time, or you will receive credit to redeem each time you call for show reservations.

Opening Night Subscriptions……………………………………..$56
One ticket for each of six opening night 2012 summer season performances. Ticket exchanges off of the opening night will require a fee ($1 plays/ $2 musicals).

Single Ticket Purchases:
After March 1st, tickets can be ordered on line ($2 convenience fee applies). You can also call the box office starting the Sunday before a show opens at 815-758-1940, and leave a message. Box office personnel will return your call during our Box Office hours.

Group Sales:
Groups of ten (10) or more ordering at the same time for the same performance of a play ... $10
Groups of ten (10) or more ordering at the same time for the same performance of a musical ... $12

Youth Admission
All audience members MUST have a ticket. Youth admissions are for Children under 12.
